Illustrations & Comics
Hi, I'm Anoushka, but I go by Noush! I'm a self-proclaimed silly little guy who loves to make comics and illustrations. My interests gravitate to two extremes: if you see me around you might catch me working on dark sci-fi worlds, or if you catch me online, you'll see the lighter, more whimsical stuff! I'm currently based in Rotterdam, NL.If you have any inquiries about me and my work, you can shoot me an email at [email protected].

Ashok and the Wishing Star (Concept)
Ashok leaves her tiny village on a quest to become the best dream catcher in the entire kingdom! While learning to capture and cook up the best "dreams" possible so that her customers will have the best rest, Ashok travels around her fantasy kingdom meeting a cast of characters that make her question what it really means to be the best at something.A concept for a graphic novel I'd like to make in the future. Most of the art here feature Tarika, the wishing star, an mysterious possible solution to all of Ashok's goals.
The Wizard and the Dreamer
A short zine made in 2022. The first half consists of illustrations and single-page comics that build off of each other to create a story that leads into the second half, which is told through a typical page-by-page comic format. Exhibited at WDKA's Red Gallery in November of 2022.
Birds of a Feather
A short series of 4-panel comics I worked on from October to December of 2022. You can find the original strips on Tapas by clicking here. Each strip was made spontaneously in response to the last, to focus on drawing over plot. While the series left on a cliffhanger, it is possible it may resume in the future.
